In some cases, the courier is unable to deliver a parcel. The reasons for this can vary greatly. Perhaps the delivery address was incorrect, there was no name/house number on the front door, the recipient could not be reached after several attempts or the Post-ID for delivery to a Packstation was incorrect. In these cases, the parcel will be returned to Bergzeit and we will automatically refund the purchase price via the payment method used for the order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reship the goods, so a new order must be placed if you would still like to purchase the items.
